(February 26, 2019, 11:28 am)Amazing. I’ve only been there 3 times and the staff treats me like I’ve been going for years. So welcoming and not intimidating at all. The classes are great and the instructors are top knotch. Showers are super clean and provide everything you need. Love this place and would recommend to anyone!
(February 20, 2019, 8:56 pm)Row and Ride is absolutely amazing! I originally signed up strictly for spin but I eventually explored their other classes and they are fantastic. You leave after each class feeling amazing and the instructors (especially Megan) are super motivating and have such high energy!
(January 5, 2019, 11:20 am)Love Row & Ride! I passed on my commute everyday and finally looked into it. Having done spin before I had an idea of what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love rowing! All the instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging to just the right level.
(September 26, 2017, 11:48 am)ROW and RIDE is the greatest gift to oneself)!!! The environment is positive, and empowering Kerry and her first class team are the best I have ever seen! Every class I take I feel stronger than the last one! So grateful for Row and Ride, and all the variations and times in the evening!!!
(May 15, 2016, 7:54 am)Row & Ride is a fantastic gym. The instructors are enthusiastic, upbeat and kick your booty. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The climate control in the exercise rooms is great. I love the low lighting in the exercise rooms; it brings a meditative component to the workout. Kerry did a great job with so many little details. There is a bulletin board with inspirational messages. Coffee and fruit are provided in the reception area along with comfy chairs to encourage people to socialize before and after class.
