There are only three Black-owned outdoor gear stores in the US, out of 4700. This is one of them. And it's 1/1. The value they place on product, the relationships they have developed with their brands, the friendships they've nourished with their customers---I'm not sure I've seen anything else like it. Grateful to find a treasure like this in the Northeast and am already amazed at the ripple effects they are having on the outdoor industry.

I had a great customer service experience shopping here! There was a specific coat that I really wanted, but it was sold out at every store I could find in the US and Europe. But Intrinsic Provision's online shop said they had it and I gave them a call. Mark took my call all the way from the Netherlands and helped to make sure that I could get the coat. He helped look at different shipping options and was overall very helpful. The coat arrived quickly and in great condition!
