    This is one of the nicest restaurants in the greater Boston area. I recently brought my sister from LA to Alma Nove for a late lunch and she thought it was one of the top places she had ever been to and she dines out a lot in West LA, Beverly Hills, and Pasadena. The New England clam chowder was just next level excellent with unique flavors. My sister ordered the fish and chips and she loved it. They have a top notch wine list and an interesting menu with great variety.

    The view of the harbor and boats with late afternoon sunlight was beautiful. We also very much appreciated chatting with the manager, Fred Pahl, who gave us some great tips on sightseeing in Boston. The bartender and wait staff were also kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

    Place is very elegant. Food was fantastic and the reason why it's getting 4 starts is because the waitress wasn't that great. Looking at the other servers it seemed it was only this waitress with less than average service.

    The menu is small and pricey but they cook what you ask for right.

    Recommend the sword fish. It was amazing! Worth the visit.

    We attended a function held at Alma Nove. Sandwiches and salad were available. The sandwiches were outstanding and innovative. The salad was fresh and tasty. The dressing was excellent. The coffee was fresh brewed. If we are in the area again I would like to try their menu. My only negative is the wait service was scarce and not outgoing

    Awesome food, service and atmosphere. Staff is wonderful. Upscale feel with a very reasonable priced menu. Kitchen turning out fantastic dishes. Definitely will go back. Thank you Katherine for taking care of us.

    We've been going to this restaurant for years, the food and service have always been top notch. We had asked to reserve a special table for our anniversary, but didn't get it. We got comped a couple of drinks by the hostess and were seated at another very nice table. And then because it was our anniversary, they comped us dessert. All-in-all, a wonderful experience.
