Very happy with our experience with Peck's. We needed a new carpet for our new home in Duxbury. The selection at Peck's was terrific (much better than some of the larger chains) and everyone we worked with could not be more friendly. They were proactive in letting us know when a time opened up a week before our install appointment, so we were able to get our new carpet a week early. The install team was very efficient and the carpet looks and feels terrific. Peck's even called after to make sure we were happy with the job. We'd highly recommend!

From selection to installation, our experience with Peck’s was just great. We found flooring we love that was in our price range, and the installation crew was professional, tidy and fast! Joe, Jean, Sergio & the sales staff were super helpful, available and really knew their stock. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

We were delighted with our entire experience with Peck's. Our initial contact was for advice when Kent's Carpetland went bankrupt...with our carpet due for installation that day. Everyone at Peck's was willing to step in and really went to work trying to help even though we were not their customer. Once it was clear that we would need a new flooring company, the only place we considered was Peck's. Their customer service was top notch..polite, helpful and professional. They managed everything in a short time frame. Today our 4 rooms of carpet was installed and we could not be more pleased. The installers were punctual, efficient and went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was amazing. If we ever need any flooring again Peck's will be our choice!
