  Jane was great in helping us find our first home! We had met with two other agents who were not enthused about helping us search in the areas we wanted to look because they were spread out in three very different places around Boston (North, South and West). Our first meeting with Jane, which we expected to just be coffee, ended up being a showing of 4 different houses all over the place. She was as excited to show us homes as we were to look! She also helped a lot with educating us on what to look for and the process in general!

  We were empty nesters interested in selling our family home of 42 years and we wanted to move to another state. To us, it was an impossible dream, but by working with our very skilled and connected real estate agent, Sue Foley, we attained our goal much faster than we ever thought possible. She was available for us to contact and gave us the information and guidance we needed every step of the way to prepare our home for sale. When it came time to sell our home, she had the connections to immediately sell our house on the first day. Throughout this process, Sue was not only our extraordinary real estate agent, but her care and compassion made her feel like a trusted member of our family.

We were not ready to commit but she got to know our personalities, tastes and limits very well. She answered all questions, gave guidance with what was realistic and was always so attentive. Several months ago we got a message from her saying she knew our house wasn't on the market yet but there was a house new to the market that "would be perfect" for us. She was right! We put an offer in right away and put our house up for sale within days. By the weekend she had our house sold! Through the entire process that ensued, Sue was even more patient and attentive than I could have ever dreamed. We have been in our new home for a month and we still wake up thinking it is a dream.   Best Real Estate office on the South Shore.........They really do care about the clients cause I never see my lovely wife!!!! She is always helping someone find their dream house!!!!!
