(July 16, 2019, 2:27 pm)2019 started off rocky to say the least… I returned to Florida after spending Christmas away in Boston, only to have my car plates stolen and used on an identical stolen vehicle. My iCloud and every internet account I owned was hacked, fraudulent charges on my credit card, all private phone calls forwarded out, etc. etc.
Anyway, after four separate trips to Apple and roughly $300 later, I got a fixed cracked screen and a phone still hacked six ways from Sunday.
Anyway, Verizon in Kingston and employee Adam were absolutely fantastic and truly a breath of fresh air! It’s been seven months since everything transpired, and I’m still in the process of getting my life back slowly but surely. While changing all my email addresses and passwords for the 100X time, I somehow got locked out of my phone and couldn’t remember my SIM PIN. Adam was incredibly understanding and patient; he spent well over an hour on the phone with Verizon reps. determined to resolve this issue for me. He set me up with a new SIM PIN and also new SIM card while giving me helpful tips on how to resolve the hacking completely. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and all-around pleasant guy to be around! Great new store and even better customer service! Would definitely recommend to anyone! THANK YOU!!

(June 25, 2019, 11:18 am)Adam was extremely helpful and assisted my fiance and I as we dealt with navigating the complex problem of moving phone numbers between billing accounts. I would not have had the patience or know-how to determine which numbers to call and questions to ask, but Adam sat on the phone with the Verizon reps for over an hour and a half with us. Thank you!
(May 25, 2019, 11:32 am)My dad came over with a new phone and when I asked him where he got it, he said he got it in Kingston. In the past when I heard that I would cringe but then he told me what the guys did for him over there, lowering his bill welcoming every question he had no matter what it was, got him a new phone he is more than happy with and got him a tablet, explaining everything about his new bill clearly. They wrote it out for him neatly displaying how everything billed out. Kingston is finally under new management and ownership and those guys rock over there. Thank you for taking such great care of my dad! You guys have won a customer for life. I cant wait to come in and see them when my family and I are ready for new phones. Highly recommend them. Thanks for taking over guys, Kingston needed a new Verizon team.
