Wait times are consistently far shorter than our experiences elsewhere, ease of scheduling is fantastic, the nurses and admin staff are just as good as the doctors, waiting area is comfy and has toys for kids...we appreciate their dedication to our continued health!

(April 19, 2018, 7:44 pm)Placed both my sons in the care of South Shore Medical Center Pediatrics in November 2017.
Since then we have needed there services many times. It was a rough winter for our family. We had strep, two stomach bugs, diagnosis of asthma, one routine appointment and just yesterday an ear infection. I have been so beyond thrilled with our experience each and every time. When I call w an illness, they are quick to get us in at a location convenient to us. The receptionist has always been pleasant and I can barely sit down in the waiting area before hearing our name for the exam room. Literally in and out in 15-20 min every single time. I feel everyone we have encountered has been knowledgeable and helpful. It was the best decision moving from our former pediatricians. With our former office I would be on hold on the phone for such a long time and office visits were always well over an hour. This practice is exceptionally well run and I think they deserve a 5 Star and a big thank you. We feel blessed to have found them. -

(June 12, 2017, 2:06 am)I bring my son to the pediatrics here. So far I've loved every doctor and nurse practitioner we've seen. The building itself needs some upkeep. The rooms have old equipment that's chipped and rusted in areas. It's not nearly as nice as their Norwell office!
