From the moment I drove into the open service bay I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked what type of service I was having done and put a corresponding letter on my windshield. I then went through the glass doors to service advisor and Patty acknowledged me immediately and called me over when she was finished with her customer. Patty couldn't have nicer and very efficient. She then let me know of progress as I had coffee and a cookie, which is also a nice perk and sat in the beautiful new waiting area.
