It is a just a family vibe where I can go and everyday is a different type of workout. Steps, kickboxing, weight lifting and more. Craig doesn't scream at you like other trainers. He encourages and pushes you to your limit while being super positive

(July 20, 2021, 10:14 pm)I’ve been part of hero for over 7 years now and I absolutely love it! Love the community, the workouts, the bootcamps, the opportunity to grow. It’s an ongoing learning process with Craig…..he is always pushing us to do better. I’ve met so many amazing friends at Hero too! ❤️ And who doesn’t like seeing progress?!…. I’ve seen a lot of progress not only in the way I look but in how I feel about myself. Hero has taught me there’s nothing I can’t do! 💪🏽
(July 20, 2021, 9:44 pm)I recently had moved back to the area and was looking for a gym where I could bring my little one with me. A friend of mine recommended Hero Fitness Academy and I’m honestly so happy with it. The classes what really keeps you going. You always want to keep coming back and keep seeing results. All the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and accountable for your progress. I think this gym is awesome and happy to be able to be apart of it!
