Scott and his team deserve six stars. The entire process of removing mold from our attic was tremendously professional from start to finish. Scott walked me through every detail of the job and helped put my mind at ease. They took extra time to make sure my attic was extremely clean and helped me to understand the next steps for me to prevent mold in the future. All of this with a very fair price, honestly explained throughout the process. SWR - Scott Webber Restoration recently completed a fire and smoke remediation project at the request of my client (home seller). Scott and his crew set up containment zones, established negative air patterns to keep the home clean while they wire brushed and prepared the surfaces for their special paint product used for this sort of damage.
His proposal was clear and the price was reasonable. He did the work he promised to do and in the time frame given. There were no extras and the finished project included more work than expected.
SWR offers the true promise of a smaller company. These people aren't afraid to tackle even a smaller project such as this one that larger companies would not even look at. I had a pipe burst in my house last year when I was at work .I came home to find water coming through the ceiling and light fixtures . My furniture and rugs were saturated. I was devastated. I called the office office at SWR and the owner Scott had his crew there within the hour. They went right to work after explaining the process and this really help put me at ease. They are knowledgeable, professional and treated me and my property with respect. They also helped guide me through the insurance process. Their customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
