Completely satisfied with roof replacement by CJV Corp- Oct 2019. Stephen Vining, principal personally did the estimate including a hands-on roof inspection plus attic. Estimate was comprehensive and included all extra construction work for soffit vents, shingle, fascia and other wood trim and flashing replaced as needed. Fully licensed and insured (I verified). Well worth the investment if you will be in your home a few years. Excellent workmanship included hand nailed shingles, installation to hurricane wind standards and a lifetime warranty. No surprise costs at the end.
