(July 26, 2019, 11:21 am)Blue Bear did a nice job. Connor and his assistant Dylan changed out my shower valve. Connor explained everything including how the components work. They were neat and clean.They did not waste any time. He never tried to upsell me something that I did not need. It's nice to have a company with great employees that you can TRUST. I would definitely reccommend

(July 10, 2019, 2:45 pm)OMG, where to begin! This company is amazing! I’ve had a water pressure problem for the past two years and called lots of inside plumbers and outside septic guys to solve my issue and no one had a true answer. The answer was always maybe it could be this or that but maybe not. So I gave up for awhile and just lived with not being able to ever run two things at the same time in the house. It was so frustrating.
Then I met Chris and his team! They all took the time to explore things to try to figure out the solution. Chris even came out himself to help me figure this out. And they solved my problem! I am beyond happy and grateful. They are super professional and down to earth. They are quick to respond. They use technology to remind you about your appointment and that they are on their way. I am just beyond impressed with them and will refer them to everyone I talk to that owns a home locally. If you don’t call them, you’re making a big mistake. I wish I knew to call them first before I called over 15 other companies that didn’t figure out my issue over a 2 year period. Again, Chris and his team are the best on the South Shore.

(May 24, 2019, 11:31 am)Today was our second time using Blue Bear this spring and it was again a great experience! They are on time, quick, efficient, explain everything, and keep copies in case anything comes up. They also take the time to explain other things we can do to prevent future issues. I would highly recommend Blue Bear for any plumbing needs!
