“I worked with Monica Kavanaugh at Debbie Blais Real Estate and I can not recommend her too highly. We bought a mobile home in Lakeville and she was originally the seller's agent. She became a dual agent to represent both us the buyer and the seller. She was tireless in answering our questions, meeting with us numerous times at the property and really looking out for us as the buyers. She was the go between between us and the seller and also helped us in communication with our home inspector, closing attorney, and Mobile Home Association. She was always friendly, courteous and professional and returned all our voice messages and emails promptly - which is pretty rare these days. I think this level of service is even more amazing when you take into account that she was being paid by the seller and not by us the buyers. She really went out of her way to make our buying experience very smooth, quick, and comfortable. I can not recommend Monica too highly.”
