Matt is nice, fun and excellent at tailoring personal training sessions to you! I really enjoyed doing outdoor sessions that required minimal equipment!

He has a sensible and wholistic approach to health and fitness that helped me to achieve my goal of running a half marathon without injury. I began running in my 50’s, and at the urging of a friend signed up for a half marathon, having never ran an organized race in my life. After much youtube research, and various minor injuries, I realized I needed to work with someone with expertise who could create a personalized plan for me. Several local personal trainers recommended Matt, I am grateful that I made the decision to work with him. Matt listened to my concerns and goals, worked with me to develop a plan that I could be consistent with, and provided the support that I needed to see my plan through.

I highly recommend West Movez Fitness. Matt is great to work with. He really understands and listens to his clients. He's NOT a 'one type of workout fits all' type of person. He listens to what you need/want and helps you achieve those goals by making any modifications necessary.
I have used his services for myself both in person and via Zoom as well as on my own following a workout he designed for me. He also helped my teenage athlete with a workout plan during the Covid shutdown that she could do at home with the equipment we had on hand which helped her stay in shape for her sport.
