Updating this review since it deserves so much better than a 2 day review. I never smoked again, it's been 153 days. I only know how many days because I have an app. I often forget I ever smoked. I don't crave it and people have smoked in the car around me and I've not even thought about it. Any thought that does occur (too few to count) go away with my pocket tool. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff is absolutely amazing!! I noticed an instant reduction in my stress and anxiety, better sleep and then with my second session, boom, after 30 years, I fully quit. I haven't had a cigarette since Saturday (it's Tuesday) and it's been absolutely painless. Thank you so much for everything! I'll definitely be working with Jeff again, but not for smoking, cause that ship has sailed!! Would also recommend to friends and family!

Jeff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jeff takes the time to talk you through the process and make you feel very comfortable. I came to Jeff with my weight loss struggles, something that I have struggled with for years. Of course I was skeptical at first but I decided as a last resort I needed to trust the process. So far since working with Jeff I have lost 10lbs! I wish I made this appointment sooner. I am happy to say that I no longer crave the bad foods that I used to destroy myself with. Working with Jeff is wonderful and I highly recommend!

Jeff is amazing at what he does. I can not explain how much help he has been to my son. He is enlisting in the Marines and had problems with nerves when getting his blood pressure taken, So it was always crazy high. We took him here and boom it was like it was never there. There was a point in time where we thought our son wasn’t going to make his dream come true. He now leaves for boot in three days thanks to Jeff. 100% recommend coming here, I wish we did sooner.

Jeff is an amazing practitioner. I cannot fathom how different I feel after my two sessions with him. My only regret is I didn't do this sooner. My wife says I am a completely different person and is so impressed with my results that she is going for her insomnia problem next. Thank you Jeff Rosen !
