We worked with Nao Rouhana for our purchase of bigger condo and sale of our existing condo. Nao is great in identifying, analyzing and negotiating and we got a very good condo. She also sold our previous condo in record time. What is more, she helps at every stage in the process like fixing up certain things in the condo, helping with post inspections, and any issues afterwards. Nao is very good communicator and she responds to calls promptly. She provides a perfect picture of the every aspect of the property with absolutely no exaggerations which is very important to buyers and sellers!
