Update: there are some new faces at NAC, including Bobby, who trained my sons back when MBX was at Queen Anne's corner. He is teaching a boxing class - check in out! Still a fan of NAC!
(May 21, 2022, 1:59 pm)No gym stigma here. Great place to go because of the vast variety of equipment. This is the definition of a gym. Great programs for everyone. All kinds of people attend this gym.

(December 18, 2018, 11:12 am)I love this gym! Plenty of equipment, always open racks to squat in. On Sundays the gym has pick-up basketball. Gym is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The membership options are straightforward, no hidden fees like most other gyms have!
