“First I must share that as a relatively young man, I have an extensive medical history that has dominated the better part of my last 15 years. That history has placed me in the care of more medical professionals than I could ever remember. To say that I have seen and experienced it all might be an understatement. And, in all fairness to a profession that is one of two with a license to "Practice"; there is both good and bad (and everything in between) when it comes to ANY profession. Dr. Stevenson is genuine, sincere, considerate, caring, thorough, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He is not only very capable of dealing with acute medical issues, but he is also very focused on his patients' overall health and well-being. But, the one most important characteristic of Dr. Stevenson that I have the utmost respect for is that he is always willing to defer to others with specialties or expertise beyond his skill set. Far too often I have found physicians that attempt to be the do all and end all for their patients' medical care (playing God). And those are the ones that invariably get in over their heads and begin making poor decisions, and lose the respect and trust of the people for which they took their Hippocratic Oath. If you're looking for a physician that will always be directed by your best interests and health, Dr. Stevenson may be the best physician for you. I am grateful that he is an essential part of my overall healthcare.”
