They answered all of our questions and offered guidance and experience in helping us choose the materials for our home. Installation was quick and the clean up was immaculate.   Great experience. Costi came over for an estimate and gave great input and advice on situation. Estimate was ready next morning. When I called to explain I had an urgency issue due to insurance, they sent team over within an hour and had the job done that day. Great work and great cleanup and great customer relations. I certainly plan on using them again for other work we have.

  1. Their customer service is unparalleled. They responded to our quote request right away, providing us with a fair, itemized estimate that included detailed explanations and options for our desperately needed new roof. They treated us with warmth, respect, and care throughout every project phase.
  
  2. The team offered us a variety of finance options for the project, and patiently helped us select the one that worked best for us.
  
  3. They hit every deadline they committed to. We knew exactly when our materials would be delivered to our home, the date work would begin, how long it would take, and when it would be finished.
  
  4. Their communication is fantastic. They called to see if we had project questions or project-related needs, and they were ready to assist us at every turn. We never had to follow up on anything -- they did it all.
  
  5. After our new roof was finished, we received a note from them that read, in part: "Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of doing the repair on your roof. We hope that your experience with us was a pleasant one! It was truly our pleasure to serve you. If there are any other ways to serve you better currently or in the future, please get in contact with us. We will be determined to promptly address your needs."

  I called South Shore Roofing to put a roof on my newly purchased home. Tom Conway took me through the whole process from start to finish. I got 3 estimates, but Tom was the only company that walked me through the whole process. The roof looks amazing, I have a 25 year warranty from South Shore Roofing and a 50 year manufacturers warranty on the materials. Great job, great work and very professional.
