“Dedeco Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is the best place to go for jiu-jitsu training. If you go to any of Dedeco's schools then you are allowed to train at all of them for no additional cost. Every school I have been to has awesome techniques and everyone is very nice. No matter what level you are at in your jiu-jitsu, or if you are just looking to try it out I would highly recommend stopping by one of the schools to check it out. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and of the other members. Jiu-jitsu is also some of the best exercise I have ever gotten and I know a few other guys that have lost a lot of weight after starting jiu-jitsu. So, if you are considering checking it out then definitely come here!”

“Pembroke helped me so much both inpatient and PHP! The staff is incredible and soooo nice and caring! They make you feel a lot better! The groups were very helpful and Taught me ton! It was amazing and I wouldn’t of wanted to go to another hospital besides this one! they helped me a ton and I’m sooo grateful! I’m doing so much better in life now still some struggles but I’m doing better then I was before I came here! I recommend it to anyone! Parents if your on edge to send your kid here definitely send them here! The adolescent unit is amazing and helpful And caring!! SOUTH 1 squad! That was all inpatient stuff now PHP PHP was amazing!!! It was awesome the clinicians are amazing and so caring! PHP definitely helped me more on the behavioral part and pointing out what I’m doing! Like what am I doing to get a negative reaction! Basically I can only make choices for myself and if you chose to misbehave as your choice the outcome most likely won’t come out they way you want it! The Groups were helpful for then inpatient because you really got to talk to everyone and ya! But yeah I recommend PHP as well! I Love pembroke and it really helped me heal:) if anyone sees this from pembroke inpatient or PHP hiiii!
