  I recently had some paint issues with my 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit. Best Jeep coordinated the repaint of the hood under warranty with absolutely no hassle. Jed from service took care of my service order and made sure the job was completed to his satisfaction from start to finish before contacting me. Jed has taken care of my routine servicing in the past and has always been professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Kudos to Best Jeep and Jed for making my vehicle maintenance stress free!

  No amount of stars would do this place justice. We have been to many dealerships before we came across Best Dodge in Plymouth, and could not be happier with the vehicle we purchased. Our salesman, Jake, was more than helpful and provided excellent customer service as well. Many dealers we've dealt with were very pushy and overbearing, however this was not the case with Jake. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and did whatever he could to give us the best experience he could. Their financial managers Kyle and Eric we're also extremely helpful as well as informative. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
