“I want to take this opportunity to compliment Iris who is a Pharmacist at this location. I was having a difficult time getting one of my PX correct. My doctor's office had called in an incorrect PX for lancets. I had picked up the PX and opened the box before I realized they were not the right ones. When I called back the Pharmacy and explained what happened, I was told that I could not return them since I opened them. Needless to say, I was upset; so they put me on with the Pharmacist who was on duty that night. He repeated to me that it was their policy and there was nothing he could do for me; but if I wanted to call the Pharmacy manager (Christine) she would be in the next day and she would be the only one that could possible help me. Again he repeated that he didn't think she would take them back either because that was their policy and that I should probably just throw them out!!! I am a manager for a very large retailer and we have a motto of " JUST SAY YES!!" and I have been using this CVS for years, so I was not pleased at all with what I was hearing. I almost didn't call back and just figured I would take my business somewhere else, but I was determined so; I called back the next day to speak to the Pharmacy manager only to find out that she was not scheduled, but on vacation. Now I was really frustrated. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist on duty, Iris. I almost declined to speak to her, but I was determined to get the issue resolved. I am SO HAPPY that I spoke to her. She immediately told me that she would take care of the issue and make sure I received the correct lancets. She told me to just bring the incorrect ones back in for a credit and she would contact my doctor's office to make sure they got the correct PX, but in the meantime she would get me the lancets I needed since it was a Sat. and the Dr's office was closed. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Iris for just saying yes and making it happen for the customer. They are very fortunate to have you in that store and you are an asset to the company. Because of you, I will continue to shop at that location. I can not tell you how much I appreciate what you did. When no one else seemed to care, you did and I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. You are the best. Thank you for caring !!!”

“I love this CVS and pharmacy. Everyone is great and helpful, been coming here for years so I want to help the rating. The other commenter, Ashley Coffey, shouldn't judge people and their professions, kind of ignorant. Someone could get sued if they lied and said they knew something they didn't. Anyway I don't know any of the employees by name, but everyone is great and I'm never disappointed walking out of this CVS. ”

“Cheyenne Farr is awesome! It took me forever to figure out the tile that I wanted. I couldn't describe it in regards to color, size, or style. All I knew was I wanted it to "flow." Cheyenne was patient and extremely accommodating. She provided me with a variety of options all which were lovely but not quite it. Finally a new style came into the store and she new it was exactly what I had been describing to her and excitedly showed me the tile. She was right. My experience with Best Tile has always been positive but this particular time it has been exceptional. From the final selections, to the support through the process, the experience with Cheyenne has been both positive and professional. I can't thank Cheyenne enough.”
