Great accommodations at a fair price. Excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to downtown Plymouth and all the main attractions. Just off the 3 Hwy.
Amazing stay! Maria, Carol, Lashus (sorry for butchering your name) were all professional and helpful. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Beautiful city and the people were so nice. Would love 💘 to go back but didn't like the tolls I had to go through. Need to find a different route and bypass NY City.
Most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Can't beat a beautyrest!
The breakfast staff and food was great! Clean, friedly and fast.
OK, so I just finished a 4½ month stay there (as my condo was being repaired from a bad fire), so if anyone knows what the current quality of the stay is, it's probably me lol. I'll be very honest about my experience. (I stayed in 2 different rooms, and both were fairly consistent in their quality).
THE ROOMS- So, there's absolutely no doubting that the rooms are quality. The bed/mattress is beyond comfortable; these aren't cheap mattresses and pillows, they're high end. The room itself is very spacious, and the bathrooms are fairly big as well. The furniture is pretty standard- a really comfortable rolling chair, and a standard couch that was fine for what it was. great full length mirror. really big HD TV that had basic cable and several HDMI ports, all of which I used with no problem. The remotes were odd, as it took holding down buttons awhile for them to work, but that wasn't that big of a deal. The plumbing was so-so, but the staff took care of it when told. (and it didn't help that i accidentally flushed a key!) By far the biggest issue was the noise, as the walls are objectively REALLY thin. Even so, there wasn't much noise at all, so it wasn't a big deal.

AMENITIES- There was a working microwave, a working fridge (that could have been set a little colder, but otherwise fine), and a quirky coffee-kcup machine that once you got used to, was superb. Breakfast was served every morning, and it wasn't bad at all. Really nice pool. The internet was definitely the most iffy amenity; I had no signal until I called the IHG tech hotline, at which point I got a signal strong enough to meet basic needs, but not any more than that. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did their job exceptionally well when needed- they left our belongings alone, and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. When the Do Not Disturb sign was left out, they never bothered us, and were always friendly and not a bother. A real highlight. The elevator was wonky, but did it's job
AMENITIES- 94/100
Staff- The front desk staff helped us with every question/problem/issue we had. VERY competent people. The afternoon manager (light/reddish-haired woman) was absolutely a treasure to this HIE- never engaged with us when we were busy, she was beyond friendly when we interacted with her. They all took care of all my packages that came, and pointed the Uber Eats people directly to us. The only time anyone ever took issue with us was when I was literally not the best tenant, either asking me to not throw cigarette butts on the ground, or asking how I wanted to handle ruining one of the mattress covers, neither of which was the least bit unfair.

LOCATION- speaks for itself, 99/100
You'll enjoy your stay here. A lifelong resident of Plymouth, I don't know of a better hotel that's ever existed in town.
