I started working here in April and after working at several Nursing facilities, I was in shock at how well maintained this facility is. I want to share how caring and hard working the nursing staff is, how maintenance and housekeeping/laundry maintains the well being and cleanliness if the building, the amount of activities for the residents is amazing, and the food from the kitchen is so good that some days I will eat my lunch here. They even put on a big carnival for the residents and the administrator got in a dunk tank! The staff here really cares about the residents and I’m proud to be part of this team!
The staff is very caring and kind and goes above and beyond. The facility is very clean.

A family member stayed here for a few weeks. Only complaint was the food quality. When we them up to return home, the staff was very professional and caring. Coming home they appeared well rested, revived and healthy. They look and act better than they ever have. Thank you!!!!
I came here very afraid of what would the rehab part of this building would be just like a nursing home. I was so surprised in more than one way. The staff are amazing and they care. Nurses are great and the aids are wonderful food is awesome!!! They even have substance abuse counseling if you need extra support if you struggle with that outside they even have a therapist if you get bummed out. I don’t smoke but I do know they people smoke on breaks. The therapist for physical and occupational therapy is awesome they all super qualified. I just know that there are so many terrible places out there that you hear horrible stories about. They have younger people here older people here it’s not really a set age they are here to help people and I’m so grateful I came under a month I’m going home in 2 days. Thanks Plymouth rehab

When I looked up Plymouth Rehabilitaion & health care center on yelp nothing came up, when I went online it came up as a nursing home... I am very uncomfortable placing my sister in a nursing home setting and I am wondering if anyone has any feedback on this specific facility.
