My friends and I were riding from Boston to Provincetown on Labor Day weekend and hit a flat tire about a mile from the shop. Folks in the town called the shop to report we were stranded on the road and a nice lady picked up our bike to be fixed at the shop. We headed on our way and the bike hit a flat again about a mile later! Nate from the shop came out in his truck with some much needed roadside assistance and fixed the bike up again. He (and Serious Cycles) saved the day and we ended up making the full 120mi ride before sundown. Cannot thank you all enough!

(September 4, 2018, 7:10 am)Great shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and all my gear over the years. I also use them for services as well and always get a great job. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended.
