Josh (not sure of his department) was able to help me look the item up on the computer and get all the specs and info I needed while the item was being located. “We cannot say enough about what an absolutely beautiful job Chatham Refinishing did on our 18-year-old Woodard rought iron patio furniture set. It is even better now than when brand new. No kidding. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is admirable, and the finish is just gorgeous. Gina and David are really great people, and were very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Also, when delivered (by a super nice guy, whose name I sadly don’t recall), he set it up very nicely on our deck, rather than just drop it all randomly. Again, attention to detail. In an age of disposable everything, we heavily debated new vs. refinishing when the set was getting rusty. We are just thrilled we made the decision to invest in refinishing! Though it was not inexpensive, it was easily the 1/2 the cost of getting a new set, and will likely last years longer. Worth every penny. We expect we will enjoy these for easily another 18 years. Chatham Refinishing gets our highest recommendation!”

“Bought a used motor from Glenn to have a more reliable motor on an old boat I refurbed for my granson. The one year warranty he gave won me over. When I gave it a sea trial the motor had a strange knock , Glenn listened and then took the lower end apart trying to find the knock. He replaced some parts and i took the boat to FL for the winter. The knock was still there and finally the motor ceased. Told Glenn and he said bring it in as soon as I returned. Glen replaced the powerhead and the trim and tilt that he noted was not working properly. He got the boat back to me just prior to the 4th holiday. On the first sea trial (weekend) the motor would not idle properly, called Glenn and he asked if I could get it in immediately as he was about to leave for a short vacation. He stayed late and replaced the bad parts, motor has been running perfect. Glenn is one who stands behind his word and his work. Glad I found him and hope for many more years of service with him. thanks Glenn for all the great work.”

“This place has truly stepped up their game. I've lived around the corner my whole life historically it has been ill-managed and badly maintained in regards to staff, cleanliness, and taste/freshness of the food. This is no longer the case. I went there starving last night and got a quarter pounder meal, and used the kiosk to customize it. The food came out fresh and 100% accurate, and it was truly the best tasting food I've had there since as far back as I can remember. The friends I was with enjoyed their food as well. The floor and tables were extremely clean and the staff was nice and accommodating, as well as high energy despite it being almost midnight. It's almost like a whole new facility for the better. Will be back next time I need a quick fix!”

“I want to take this opportunity to compliment Iris who is a Pharmacist at this location. I was having a difficult time getting one of my PX correct. My doctor's office had called in an incorrect PX for lancets. I had picked up the PX and opened the box before I realized they were not the right ones. When I called back the Pharmacy and explained what happened, I was told that I could not return them since I opened them. Needless to say, I was upset; so they put me on with the Pharmacist who was on duty that night. He repeated to me that it was their policy and there was nothing he could do for me; but if I wanted to call the Pharmacy manager (Christine) she would be in the next day and she would be the only one that could possible help me. Again he repeated that he didn't think she would take them back either because that was their policy and that I should probably just throw them out!!! I am a manager for a very large retailer and we have a motto of " JUST SAY YES!!" and I have been using this CVS for years, so I was not pleased at all with what I was hearing. I almost didn't call back and just figured I would take my business somewhere else, but I was determined so; I called back the next day to speak to the Pharmacy manager only to find out that she was not scheduled, but on vacation. Now I was really frustrated. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist on duty, Iris. I almost declined to speak to her, but I was determined to get the issue resolved. I am SO HAPPY that I spoke to her. She immediately told me that she would take care of the issue and make sure I received the correct lancets. She told me to just bring the incorrect ones back in for a credit and she would contact my doctor's office to make sure they got the correct PX, but in the meantime she would get me the lancets I needed since it was a Sat. and the Dr's office was closed. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Iris for just saying yes and making it happen for the customer. They are very fortunate to have you in that store and you are an asset to the company. Because of you, I will continue to shop at that location. I can not tell you how much I appreciate what you did. When no one else seemed to care, you did and I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. You are the best. Thank you for caring !!!”

“It's the Best managed Cumberland Farms I've ever been to. They always have the items you want in stock. The coffee is unbelievable and makes no sense they are still selling it for $1. Odd to say about a gas station, convenience store but they have the best giant pretzels. In fact, they are the only place I would recommend you get one at.”

“Cheyenne Farr is awesome! It took me forever to figure out the tile that I wanted. I couldn't describe it in regards to color, size, or style. All I knew was I wanted it to "flow." Cheyenne was patient and extremely accommodating. She provided me with a variety of options all which were lovely but not quite it. Finally a new style came into the store and she new it was exactly what I had been describing to her and excitedly showed me the tile. She was right. My experience with Best Tile has always been positive but this particular time it has been exceptional. From the final selections, to the support through the process, the experience with Cheyenne has been both positive and professional. I can't thank Cheyenne enough.”
