He responded to my initial e-mail within a half hour and I dropped 4 sweatshirts to be embroidered as gifts and he completed the work in under an hour. I had no idea what I wanted for type, style, color, etc. so Mike came up with a couple of choices and steered me in the right direction. The craftsmanship was impeccable and the price was very fair; highly recommend.
