Had my very first yoga class at Whitman Wellness Center last night. Everyone was welcoming -- staff, instructor and fellow classmates alike. The atmosphere was very calming and the instructor, Melissa, made me feel at ease. I'm already planning on returning to 2 classes next week. I'm hooked!
