The response was immediate, Keith contacted me within 5 minutes of my submitting a quote request and he was so helpful! He covered everything, and just talking to him on the phone I could tell that he was experienced and could make sure that all our instrumentation would be taken care of. He was also able to work within our time frame. I needed to ship to three different locations, and Keith put together a plan and had the entire lab packed and palleted in 2 days! He went above and beyond in keeping track of the inventory and supplied detailed lists of everything that was shipping. The team was awesome, they worked together so well. They were punctual and professional. Overall, just a great bunch of guys! They actually made the move fun, I'll admit I was a bit stressed about the whole thing. If you need a company to move a lab, or anything delicate, Hingham is sure to provide you with the service that you need.”

If you're having issues with corporate about a delivery coming from here you should look up the number for this actual facility and deal with them directly. Had a package leave this facility for delivery yesterday but it got brought back because they had loaded it onto the wrong truck. I got another package, my bed, delivered from the same facility today but not my original package, which is the bed frame for said bed. *They're looking into getting my package to me as quickly as possible now.*”
