All ingredients are local and fresh and it makes a huge difference in the taste. They have gluten free options, non-dairy options, and vegetarian options. Brian has helped me with my swing, but that is not all there is to golf, and he is one of the coaches that realizes that and will actually help. He has worked with me on course management, putting, chipping, how to practice when I'm not with him, and the mental aspect of the game. I've also worked with Ben on fitness.
