I had a flat in the middle of the highway at 2 am and my friend gave me Johns number for towing services when John got to me he let me sit in the truck while he loaded the car! It was freezing and I had no spare! He asked where I was going and I told him I didn’t have no where to be towed the car that’s near a tire shop, so he said he owns a tire shop and can switch the tire out for me so I can get to work on time tmrw!

He saved my life!

I brought my Ford F-350 in for tires. I was impressed by the attentiveness and communication from the technicians as they walked me through step by step what they were doing and why. Now, I’m a certified auto technician myself but i don’t like to wear this on my chest while getting my car fixed. I just compare what they tell me to my knowledge and the employees at this place were on the money. Even more impressive is when a guy in a tow truck pulled in (who i later learned is the boss) and handed out lunch and coffee to his employees and sent them away for break while he finished the job for them. But wait I’m not done........

The installation and disposal rates were extremely competitive and the tires themselves were the lowest price I’ve seen anywhere except from some cheap online distributor.

I’m still not done.

That was Saturday. I received a call from the owner himself this morning (addressing me by name) asking me how my truck rides and scheduling me for an appointment to come back in and have my lugs re-torqued (which is supposed to be a requirement everywhere which nobody abides by anymore)

Just overall literally the BEST experience I’ve had anywhere in a long time. I’m putting my phone down to free up both hands to give two fully extended thumbs up to this place. Perfection
