Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront

Wow I had a lovely room nice staff very good total 5 star thank tot for support!

Was pretty good. Rooms were nice, front desk was nice. Good area. Was a little annoying with COVID and all you need a security guard to let you in after midnight. We propped the door open so we wouldn't bother him but he got mad and wouldn't let us back in and it was cold.

Great hotel. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and gave us good recommendations on Italian restaurants. I will be back! Love the spot.

Came from Rochester to stay a few days. I think for the location and price this hotel is excellent! Right on the harbor, walking distance to everything you could ever want and the staff was incredibly accommodating, particularly Charlotte at the front desk. After a 7 hour drive, we got to our first room and were greeted with loud music and young girls living it up next door to us and I really wanted to relax worry free. I brought it up to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, which ended up being better than the first. Thank you for making our stay special ♡

I had a very minor situation and they took care. Great people to deal with. Gong through the pandemic and checking into colleges for my son and they were great. Excellent help with directions and food selections. Would recommend to anyone. 5 star all the way!!
