  I highly recommend Joint Ventures if you require physical therapy. There are multiple locations and if you are new to physical therapy, the staff will patiently and happily walk you through the process. The physical therapists are highly experienced and supportive.

  The people are very courteous and knowledgeable. I got good results immediately. It is so good to be shown how to find relief and improve mobility. Thank you Natalia and Rob.

  I definitely recommend this place. Joint Ventures @ Prudential provides great care and personable attention to treatment with laser-focused attention to particular situations to ensure that you make a full recovery (as opposed to places that try cookie-cutter approaches with all patients).
  
  I tried physical therapy at a different place in the past and I was not happy with treatment or the results. Therefore, I was a little skeptical when I first came to Joint Ventures, but they quickly put my mind at ease. From the very start, Natalia is very personable and happy to help with any inquiries you might have. Sometimes, Natalia may have to juggle a couple patients but she always does so with grace and a smile, never missing a beat.
  
  Beyond that, I have been seeing Carrie for a persistent hip injury and I couldn't be happier with the treatment and results! From the initial intake, Carrie took the time to understand the mechanics of my hip and from there she has tailored a treatment plan for my particular injury. treatment is on-going, but I am doing so much better already!

  In the process of a shoulder rehab, Rob Richards, PT, alleviated a chronic neck pain that had resisted years of chiropractic work, massage therapy, etc. Natalia is efficient at the front desk and caring. The facility has been rehabbed recently, providing privacy for clients.

  Joint Ventures at the Prudential Center is fantastic. Natalia at the front desk has unlimited patience and is extremely kind. Emily is my physical therapist, I am getting great care, she is very knowledgeable. My doctor is impressed with the speed of my recovery.
  Easy to book appointments, terrific follow up.
