  Snapped my glasses in half by accident and these guys put my lenses in a brand new frame at absolutely no charge. They just earned themselves a customer for life!

  They have kids glasses that are very fashionable! Very nice atmosphere and lots of help was given. Glasses came a week later.

  Still in process of winnowing exact specs, but choose I did do! Very easy thus far, prices good, and GREAT selection.

  Went in just to try on a few pairs of glasses on because i couldn't find a frame i wanted. I asked Thi for held and by far gave some of the best customer service i have ever had. I am new to the Boston area and he even gave me great food recommendation spots which i really appreciated. 5 Stars isn't enough.

  I visited the store after browsing their frames online. The manager was very helpful and serviceable. He pointed me to what I was looking for and found my glasses after the first try. I appreciate good and attentive service and I got it from the store.

Warby Parker gets 5 five stars for both! My son's glasses order somehow slipped thru the cracks - twice! The customer service reps stuck with us and resolved the problem. I couldn't "hear" any fake smiles giving me lip service; I was listened to, the glasses came, problem solved! All good because Warby Parker is the coolest optical shop on earth!
