I've been with Ms. Kaltsunas's Insurance Company for at least 17 years. If I can help it, I would not go anywhere else!!! It's all about treatment, and I get the best of that from her whenever I need something to take care of. And the speed of response is, in my opinion, the best in the business!! I cannot say more about Ramo, her help/advice/assistance/ and client customer service. I insured my first car about 10 years ago via a lease and really didn't know what to do or where to start and she helped me through every step. I never felt more comfortable in a automobile transaction. Since then I have went through multiple leases with her as my agent and insurance provider. Sadly I relocated to Florida and am heartbroken that I won't be able to work with her anymore! Despite that she has offered to still help me, just being the professional she is.
