The employees truly care about patients and their families and do such nice things for their quality of experience like their yearly senior prom and weekly Friday entertainers/music. “Check-in and out was easy, no problems. Was very accommodating as far as room preferences. Breakfast was pretty good quality, definitely better than I'm used to. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft. I'd say the bed could use different sheets because I found them too scratchy for my taste, and the pillows were too hard. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“This place made life so much easier and I won't hesitate to fly this way next time. Having the peace of mind that we have a spot reserved is very helpful. Got to the lot and parked within a minute. Two minutes later and the bus picks us up right at our car (I think his name was desma?) Super nice guy! Drove us right to our terminal. The seats on the bus are super comfortable for bus seats too. I'll update if there's a problem when picking our car up next week but I doubt there will be.”
