  I have been living at Beach House since June 2018, and ever since the management team has changed, things have been so much better at Beach House. All of the staff - Jerry, Karissa, and Brianna as well as maintenance team - have been very helpful, friendly, and professional. The amenities of this building are amazing and we have very nice people living here as well :) I highly recommend this place!!

  I have been at the Beach House for the past several months. I have enjoyed immensely with its many amenities including the fitness club, club room for socializing and study rooms. It’s maintance team keeps the building spotless. Parking is an indoor garage. It is safe, illuminated and allows easy access to the elevators. The leasing team made up of Karrisa, Jerry & Briana are always professional, available and accommodating. My stay so far at the Beach House has been pleasant and would recommend this place to anyone.

  The Beach house has been great to live in for the past year. The amenities within and finish of the building are beautiful. With the beach only steps from the front door it offers a perfect summer home and equally beautiful walks and views in the fall and winter. We have two dogs and have enjoyed the space to walk them as well as a large dog park as part of the community, dog wash station and a lovely community of other dog owners.
  
  We commute by car into Boston and Cambridge and value the short commute. Dedicated parking spots in a locked garage, we have never had an issue with our parking.
  
  The Gym is fantastic and was a major factor in our decision to move here. Never Busy and very well equipped.
  
  The views from the apartments are really quite spectacular and we never get tired of the beautiful sunsets all year round.
  
  Karissa and her team are always cheerful, kind and helpful. Any issues are dealt with professionally and swiftly. Danny and Miguel go above and beyond to deal with maintenance issues, and the minor issues we have had were dealt with expediently and we were kept in the loop at every step. The communal areas are always kept spotlessly clean even in the dead of winter!

  My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE living at Beach House! The staff is unbelievable - Jerry and Brianna in the front office are awesome and very friendly! They make it a point to learn everyone’s name and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! They answer calls, emails and other inquiries in a very timely manner, which is always helpful! We have a new born baby and Jerry and Brianna do small things that make life easier for us! For example, they’ve brought mail/packages directly to our apartment rather than us having to go sort through the package room to find our things. They’ve also helped with our parking arrangements to make it easier for us to get the baby in and out of the car as the spaces can be kind of tight in the garage. Gestures like this make a world of difference and make Beach House feel like a supportive community!
  
  The maintenance team is amazing as well! Dan always fixes everything in a timely manner and is very nice and personable! He’s even helped us out with a flat tire, which surely isn’t in his job description!
  
  The building itself is kept very clean and all common spaces always smell fresh. If it were possible, we would live here forever!
