Best yoga classes and instructors I've known in 20 years of practicing. This is the real deal.
I love the yoga lounge! Stefanie is a wonderful instructor who really knows how to motivate and challenge you. Some of my proudest yoga moments have happened in her classes. I highly recommend this studio~ everyone has always been so welcoming and friendly. Good vibes all around!
I have had nothing but amazing experiences at the yoga lounge! Stefanie, Suzanne, and all of their teachers bring a unique and enlightening energy to their classes. Thank you for bringing a true yogi community to Winthrop!
The yoga lounge is such a welcoming space to practice! The teachers do an excellent job guiding and give great adjustments. So happy to have found this yoga studio!

Both Stefanie and Suzanne are amazing instructors! The Yoga Lounge is a great practice space for all levels with amazing energy. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in trying yoga for the first time or someone who has been practicing. I am constantly learning from both instructors and that's what is all about! So pleased to have such an incredible yoga studio in Winthrop.
