When I deposited y money into my account I found that by a clerk that it was negative which was a surprise to me because I know how much $ was in the account before I arrived the bank. none the less, since my account is a student account I was told that it would have overdraft protection. (No negatives) Which the other rep from another location was 't keeping his word. Thanks to this amazing young woman Chana Pen, she managed to get my account back in order and refund me the money and gave me information and lessons about savings and checking accounts. (I wish i knew from the beginning but wasn't informed). For that she made sure I leave happy & protected she changed my mind to keep my Santander Account. I highly recommend this location because Chana is a sweetheart and making her customers happy. Thank you Chana! ”
