“I am not a tenant however, I went to view an apartment and the woman Kelly was very informative, thorough and pleasant. The office space is cozy and welcoming. Along the walk from the office to the apartment I noticed how well kept the common areas are. Even though they are a smoking community i didn’t notice any signs of it being so, all I smelt was clean linen. These apartments have been here for many many years but seem to be very well loved, Kudos to Management! I saw a few different layouts and loved all of them differently. I left a deposit and hope to become a tenant here for many different reasons. Fingers crossed!”

“So, I see people just complaining and complaining, so it is time to hear form NORMAL people living here:) This place is beyond amazing and my family loves it here and here is why. Free buss to work and back (6 times morning and 5 times evening). 2 pols, 2 gyms - and they are ncie, indoor and outdoor playrom/playground, 3 playstations in the clubroom with free beer once a month with board games. book club. baskeball and 2 tennis corts. Own cinema. The staff is beyond amazing and always helpfull. Any idiot writing something else is an idiot (that is a fact). 2 dog parks. I grab often free coffy and water from the office and I can sitt in the meeting room (yes they have a meeting room) and get some work done:). People forget that this is not a hotel. This is appartments so pleas stop thinking you live in a F.movie. Anybody can have a bad nabors anywere, so pleas ignor these people. Our leas went out last year and i needed 6 more month, They increased mye rent, but you can negotiate and they reduced my rent. Melinda is AWSOME, and went beyond all my expectation to help me out when I had visitors and i had a problem over the Phone, so if you have a problem talk to Melinda:) its clean and smells really nice(something in the cleaning stuff they use:) The main problem. Everybody that lives her are happy and dont think of writing a good comment, but the idiots that dont live here or are leaving takes their frustration on this place. If you have dogs or kids this place is amazing. Did I mention that there is also a lifeguard on active duty all summer:) So enough from me. This place is a home, not a hotel, but it feels like both:)”
