“Nick Chau is the best property manager I've met after living in more than a dozen apartments. He's responsive, thorough, and friendly. When my oven fritzed, he came over the next morning to inspect it and sent a repairman later the same day. After I moved out, he sent my security deposit refund almost immediately. He's always given plenty of notice if he needed to send someone for maintenance or show the apartment to a prospective tenant, and he's respectful of any schedule constraints. I'm sure that as a tenant or landlord, you'll be pleased to have his service.”

“I've been renting a desk in the Charlestown shared office space for about 6 months now and I love it. Working from home, it helps to have a space I can use to get out of the house, and I find myself more productive here. The atmosphere is modern, bright and the people are all friendly. Everyone here is serious about their business so it helps me to stay motivated to focus on my work too. There's free coffee and craft beers which is a big plus, as well as some comfortable places to sit, a modern conference room, and an amazing view of Boston. Sitting at the counter by the big window is my favorite part, but even my own desk is great because it's very large and the chairs are comfortable. Nearby for lunch is an awesome spot for pizza and subs, and there's a track field right outside for anybody looking to get a run in during their day. Oh, and the wifi connection is rock solid. I also like how it seems to be more affordable than other more crowded co-working spaces in Boston.”

“They worked diligently to find the best apartment for me. They showed me only two places. She did many things to secure my being able to afford it. The agents name is Louisa. No fee. You pay the cost of background check after you choose the apartment. My only complaint is that they don't use cell phones. Therefore, if the agent isn't inn n the office; there is always a wait period before you can speak tho the agent.”
