  I know first hand that working with the public is an impossible task and that some people are demanding and can't be pleased. I'm nothing but happy with Dr Basnet. I have seen her several times in the past year since having a baby and she has been very warm and welcoming and extremely attentive and helpful. She takes the time to listen and give advice with a lot of recommendations. She has been incredibly helpful with my issues and with guiding me through being a first time mom. I've never felt rushed, judged, or talked down to. I work for doctors in the dental world and have seen a great deal of personalities. I would highly recommend Dr Basnet.
