(November 13, 2019, 7:54 pm)The selection of chocolates and candies offered here is fantastic and the prices are a lot less than one would expect. Don't leave without hitting the ice cream bar. There's a good variety of toppings available. Just don't forget to ask for whipped cream!
(October 14, 2019, 8:41 am)My wife, who is a well known dark chocolate connoisseur, can spend a long time just talking with the staff and taking in the wafting deliciousness. She has never exited the shop without a significant purchase which will have a difficult time making it home.
(September 8, 2019, 12:03 am)This has been a go-to place for years with my family, ever since it was Herbert's Candy and I was a kid! We would always stop on our way back to NJ from our vacation in Maine. Great stop off the highway with good bathrooms, picnic tables outside with large pine trees, and of course the candy and ice cream bar! Now I get to enjoy it with my husband and family as an adult. I always look forward to the stop.
