“This is a friendly, family owned restaurant with a great following at Fort Devens. I have visited the establishment a few times over the past few months, and have never been disappointed. The ingredients are the best, and are sourced locally. If you order a burger, it is cooked the way you ordered it. Salads and wraps are great, service is exceptional, and craft beer is rotated seasonally. Good food, reasonably priced, from a family that wants to please!”

“Pizza Bella has delicious pizza! I guess that’s good, you know, considering the name. Their service and order system were prompt and efficient and the staff was friendly. We found the salad to be decent, but I’m not a rabbit so that wasn’t my favorite part. This place is walking distance to the nearby hotel so it makes for a great mid day or late snack if you’re in the mood and definitely beets the convenience microwave meals at the hotel... I’d recommend the pepperoni pizza, it’s a classic and Pizza Bella nails it!”

“Hotel Staff was so great! The location is awesome this hotel is connected to the DCC and we had our welcome party there so it was so convenient for guests. All staff was great and they let some of our weekend wedding guests check in early, they also handed out our welcome bags for us. We worked with Ashley Lanni and she was super responsive helping us book a hotel block, the welcome party, etc. The food was great at DCC too!”

“As far as prisons go, I really have no complaints about the procedures or how I'm treated as a family member. All the staff related to visiting have always been very courteous, helpful, and nice to me. The way the visiting room is set up you're actually allowed to sit next to your loved one as opposed to being set up at tables and having to sit across from each other with no contact. Visits can get very crowded, and they do put into place a first in first out policy if the visiting room is full and there are visitors waiting to see their loved ones. So be prepared for that if it happens. It's nothing personal, it's just their way of trying to be fair and letting whoever has visitors be able to see their visitors. As far as treatment of inmates go, like I told my loved one if he's respectful to them they most likely will be respectful to him. Every once in a while you're going to have a mean officer or you're going to have someone having a bad day or you're going to have someone having things going on at home that don't know how to leave their home problems at home and not bring them to work. I told him to be extra patient with officers and staff who come across as mean because there's probably something else going on in their lives. I told him instead of reacting to them to just pray for them instead. And that strategy has been working very well for him in not having any conflicts with correctional officers or administrative staff.”

“That place is heaven on earth , and it deserves a 5 stars . If someone write a bad review I think it’s an hater . My 17 years old daughter RAG was recently at this place and I can tell you that place make a huge impact on her . It’s a fancy place in a quiet area . I don’t mind the place is far from where I live which is Brockton but this place has a staff who deserve 10 stars instead of 5 . These people are super nice , they really sympathetic and patient with everyone. Darlene , Colleen, Nance are my favorites but I could say all the names if I could remember them all . From the front desk to the inside of the facility everything is an A+ . Thank you for everything you have done for my daughter and myself . She said she learned a lot of new things she didn’t know before . She even kept her bracelet to remind her of the place . She becomes a leader now instead of being a follower she always been. She is like a new Colleen in the house with us . May God continue to bless this place and the person who took the initiative to create a place like this one . We need more of this place in this country.”
