I walked in feeling tight and sore from exercise and stress (specifically in my shoulders and upper back), I walked out feeling like my shoulders and chest were open and overall I felt much better. I would highly recommend booking an appointment!!
(November 17, 2017, 11:57 pm)Their chiropractor Dale is a miracle worker! I highly recommend him. He listens to the problems and pain you are experiencing and does great detective work to get to the source of the problem and get you back together again!! Nice office too and easy to get to!
(October 14, 2017, 8:45 pm)Christina started our session asking me some questions about my health and reason for my visit. She tailored the massage to my needs and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was professional and easy to talk to. I loved my massage with Christina so much I decided to start booking monthly massages with her. I would absolutely recommend her.
(August 4, 2017, 10:21 am)This was probably the best massage I've ever received. The room was clean and smelled nice, but wasn't overly fancy. The massage was very helpful and relaxing. Ally focused on my problem areas (neck/shoulders) like I requested. She has a really good understanding of anatomy, and was able to work the muscles to make this a productive, yet calming massage.
