(March 18, 2020, 9:29 am)When we went here it felt like the vet, technicians, and everyone involved took care of our animals as if they were their own. Everyone was professional. Communication was easy and adaptable for scheduling the appointment and even after the vet followed up. Definitely would recommend!
(March 13, 2020, 12:42 pm)Today, I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life, regarding my beautiful pet and his destiny due to the decline of his health. VCA staff listened to me, they responded with such compassion to my belief system and my feelings. They were non bias and non judgemental. The exam was performed with such delicate care for my precious pet. The Doctor is bar none. I was truly able to start a comfortable grieving process privately with my pet while in their facility. They understand.
I cannot thank VCA and it's staff enough for guiding us through this season of life..
He is safe now. Thank you.
(February 12, 2020, 7:39 pm)I have never felt more comfortable, secure, and at ease with the care my puppy Luna gets here. I have been to multiple clinics, vets, and hospitals due to my puppy having a pre-existing epilepsy condition and I have never felt more peaceful knowing that she is in the most wonderful care here because they always consider all aspects of her condition. All the staff are wonderful , the friendliest, and never make you feel like a burden for asking questions. Thanks for having the best staff and ALWAYS treating Luna with the best care!

(June 13, 2017, 4:54 pm)I signed up to receive a free wellness check up for my dwarf hamster and they were able to get me an appointment the following week on Tuesday! The women handling the appointments and files (secretaries) were so wonderful and made me and my little guy feel welcome. Even though they weren't making money off of giving my hamster a physical examination, they adored him and treated him like an regular patient. The doctor (Dr. James Morawski) was able to pin point the probable cause of my hamster's hair loss and gave him a free dose of Revolution to make sure there were no mites. I'll be coming back if I have any issues in the future. A great place to go if you have an exotic pet!
