  I have just finished with Salmon VNA after s knee replacement. The nurse's who checked in on me, Paige, Deb and Kristy we're great. The OT, Joan was wonderful. My PT,, Harriet, I will never forget. She never expected any more than I was capable, it was a pleasure to know her and the experience with Salmon was the best!

  My father was on Hospice for a short period, but within that time, he was well cared for by all of the staff that came through. I can't thank each one of you enough for making sure that his last few weeks were painless and as comfortable as possible. I joined Salmon Hospice shortly after so I could make a difference in someone else's life, just as you did for my family.

  I have had the pleasure of working for the Salmon family for eight years and the last four within hospice. I feel extremely lucky to have my dream job and work with such dedicated professionals.

  I would highly recommend working for Salmon VNA & Hospice. I have worked with the Salmon family for over 15 years. Within that time I have had the opportunity to grow with the company and feel that my confidence with this family service is as good as the day I started because their quality has never faltered.

  Dear Janet,
  
  I just received your letter and on behalf of our entire family I want to thank you for offering your condolences, support and services. Please know that Megan and Kelly went above and beyond to ensure my father was cared for with compassion.
  
  Megan was able to provide the pain relief that kept my father peaceful and comfortable. With every visit she would communicate the details of my father’s condition as well as the necessary adjustments of the medicines. Kelly would also check in with me to offer support to our family knowing that it is a difficult time for us. She was patient and kind with her communication and it was very calming to our family.
  
  It’s such a relief to know that a family member is at peace during their final days of life. I will continue to be a strong advocate for Salmon VNA and Hospice and will continue to recommend your services to friends, coworkers, etc.
  
  My family would like to pass along our gratitude as well as a request that Megan and Kelly be recognized for their exceptional service and care.
