I've taken my Toyota Camry here a few times and Bernadette, Peter, and the rest of the Accurate Auto Care team have made me a loyal customer. Bernadette always expresses being happy to see me and remembered my name after just my first visit. That's not a fluke, either. I heard another customer express surprise Bernadette remembered him because he had not been to the shop in a long time. Taking the time to remember your customers is a surefire sign you value their business. But an auto repair shop is only as good as the quality of the work they do. And yet they match the kind and personal service at the front desk with thorough work in the shop. My second visit was for a noise coming from my car's front end. Prior to visiting Accurate Auto Care for the issue I brought it to a Toyota dealership (figuring a dealership would give the most-thorough look at everything). The service advisor there claimed there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. The master techs at Accurate Auto Care saw it differently, though. While they couldn't pinpoint the precise cause of the noise they identified three things it could be and offered a relatively-low-cost solution. They adjusted the rubber mounts holding up the hood when shut, installed a noise kit on the plastic engine shield beneath the car, and tightened the strut mounts. The annoying noise I was hearing over big bumps disappeared. Me? Happy customer! There is so much more I could say - even after just a few visits - but I know you're not here to read a book. The best summary I can give for this shop is if you bring your Toyota or Lexus to them your vehicle is in better hands than if it was at the dealership. You're not working with a junior mechanic who is only adept at oil changes. Your vehicle is in the hands of master technicians. And you won't have to introduce yourself each visit to the service advisor du jour. You'll work with Bernadette, who will even give you her mobile number so you can text her anytime you have questions about your vehicle or want to schedule an appointment. I'm so happy I can refer my wife - who also drives a Toyota - to Accurate Auto Care. I love supporting local businesses which care about their customers!”
