They were absolutely fantastic taking care of my pup that was in Excruciating pain due to a herniated disc. The staff was amazing and when all was said and done, the cost was very affordable. People should stop saying that “it will cost you $1,000 just to walk in the door”, that’s just not true. I HIGHLY recommend Tufts.
I don't even have words for how thankful I am for this place. The doctors are amazing, they have saved my cat more than once. He is currently recovering from a very invasive surgery (soft tissue sarcoma removal). They keep you updated every step of the way and he is now at home and doing great. The care they have taken with him is very apparent to me. The cost wasn't even as high as I expected, and people need to understand that when you take your beloved pet here you are paying for top notch treatment. I would sell my soul for my cat, and could never take him anywhere else. Your pet will be in good hands here. Thank you so much
Awesome Veterinary College, a lot of great people, beautiful location, great sense of community.
Love everybody there. In a world that seems increasingly less about customer service, Tufts is an exception. The speed, professionalism, and care they gave to our Oliver (and the other animals there) last week was astounding. Virtually, after check-in (which is instantaneous) a doctor comes out to escort your pet into the hospital. Th treatment is first rate--they thoroughly consult you before and after which is huge. And each day, they''ll call you twice to give updates. Our Oliver, despite the odds and being a Top 5 % worst case patient, survived and improved. We're so thankful to doctor Robertson and the incredible staff at Tufts. We know we're not out of the woods with Oliver but if your pet's health is on the line, you're going to want Tufts to look after him/her. Thank you, thank you, thank you...our pets are like our children and we appreciate the kindness, urgency, thoroughness, and skill that Tufts so selflessly gives to all of their furry patients. They are truly making a difference every day in peoples'/animals' lives.
Careful and kind staff.
