  Phenomenal experience with Pioneer Glass helping me design and install this custom industrial shower enclosure. From the intricate details of the pattern spacing and handle type/location to the brackets and finish details — everyone I worked with there was thorough, patient and detail-oriented. The photos don’t do it justice (also, I didnt have the door closed all the way, but it does align with the side panels). They also installed some fixed and hinged frameless glass shower panels too, and those were great as well. I highly recommend them.

  Pioneer glass did a window replacement for us. Our glass broke and the window was an odd shape. They came right out, measured and had my new glass in the window within 2 weeks. Bill did the installation and was pleasant, professional and tidied up taking the remaining glass from the old window glass with him for disposal. As I stated, this window was a very odd shape, kind of a large rounded quarter moon as part of a very large decorative window and the new glass fit like a glove. Highly recommend Pioneer Glass

  I have a piece of antique furniture missing it’s glass panel. I reached out to Pioneer Glass and purchased a piece of antique restoration glass. Dave was extremely helpful in guiding my choice. The glass was shipped promptly and was extremely well packed. It now looks beautiful in my piece. I highly recommend Pioneer and it’s services.

  Jake and the team at Pioneer Glass were great to work with. We visited their show room in Whitinsville and they showed us a couple of options we had for sliding glass shower doors, and the different rail designs we could opt for. Needless to say, their track rail design blew us away and that's what we chose.
  
  They also gave us a number of other options such as towel racks and hardware finishes and glass thickness. Of course the brushed steel went perfect with our brushed nickel fixtures we had chosen, but what set these guys apart was their ability to deliver a two-sided 3/8" glass enclosure from floor to ceiling. We went higher than customary because we installed our shower head above the standard height, and we wanted the transparency on the back side of the shower to allow us to see the balcony that is on the other side of the shower enclosure overlooking the pool.
  
  Finally their installation team was courteous, prompt, and professional and the craftsmanship of the enclosure was obvious when it was completed. We could not be more pleased with their product and the installation and we would recommend Pioneer Glass to anyone asking.
